Fortunate Experience

I had the fortunate experience of dealing with Steve Alonso at Academy Mortgage for the sale of my own personal residence. I am a Realtor and I listed my house for sale last month. Since I am a Realtor, I have had a lot of experience with mortgage lenders over the years. Steve was the mortgage officer for the buyer of my property. The service we received from Steve was absolutely top notch. Even though I was not his primary client, he kept me informed every step of the way from the initial approval, to the underwriting process to the final approval and then the closing itself. His communication was above and beyond the call of duty and was very much appreciated. Steve has an impressive knowledge of the mortgage lending business. His experience is diverse and varied. He was able to answer all of my questions and I the feeling of confidence that I had from our first conversation carried throughout the entire transaction. I was cautiously optimistic about closing in two weeks (the time stipulated in the buyer’s offer). However, Steve worked so diligently and coordinated the process so keenly, that I was extremely pleased that we did close right on time. In summary, I recommend Steve highly for your mortgage needs.
